Cancellation Policy

Please note that I am not liable for any allergic reactions that occur, if the allergies that are not noted in the intake form/or emailed to me with a subject line that specifically reads ALLERGIES. Please arrive with a fresh face. Absolutely no silicone based products. This may cause your makeup to separate prematurely, as it will not mix well with the majority water based makeup in my kit. Bridal Package Notice: Please note that if the wedding starts before 1:00 PM, depending on the size of the bridal party, services can begin as early as 4:30 AM day of event. The bridal party will need to be prepared for an early morning/long day. We will want to limit the number of breaks per client, in the interest of time and all members receiving their desired look. Bridal trials will also be used to map out morning of the wedding, to ensure everything goes as planned. Travel Fee: $75.00 + (travel fee may vary depending on the location outside of the Twin Cities metro area) Squeeze-In Fee (All Last Minute Additions) : +$75.00 (on top of service rate) Late Fee: 15 minutes late = $50.00 fee (on top of service rate) will be charged to the clients card on file. 30 minutes late = 75% of the total service rate will be charged to the clients card on file, the client will forfeit their timeslot and deposit, and the client will be banned from all future bookings with Painted by the Princess. Please note that removing a service, will not change/lower the fixed price of the package/service.
