Policy and Guidelines 

To account for travel time, and to enure enough time for every clients satisfaction, please arrive at your service on time. There is a five to ten minute in-chair consultation to ensure every clients satisfaction. To ensure timeliness, there is a $50.00 fee required if you are 15 minutes late.

After 25 minutes, that is considered a "no show", there is a $50.00 fee, your appointment slot will be lost entirely, and you will forfit your deposit. Any "no show" will result in the inability to book with Painted by the Princess in the future. This is to protect our time as a business, and ensures we can service all guests who book with us. 

Please note that I am not liable for any allergic reactions that occur, if the allergies are not noted in the booking form/or emailed to me with a subject line that specifically reads "*CLIENT NAME* ALLERGIES".

Please arrive with a fresh face. Your normal skincare is okay, however no silicone based products. This may cause your makeup to separate prematurely, as it will not mix well with my majority water based kit.

Please note that if the wedding starts before 1:00 PM, depending on the size of the bridal party, services can begin as early as 4:30 AM day of event. The bridal party will need to be prepared for an early morning/long day. We will want to limit the number of breaks per client, in the interest of time and all members receiving their desired look.

Bridal Trial's will also be used to map out morning of the wedding, to ensure everything goes as planned.

During Bridal morning sessions, only Brides are permitted in the room during the appointment time. For necessary exceptions, please contact paintedbytheprincess@gmail.com.

All package purchaces require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The full amount can be paid at booking, otherwise the remainder will be due at the time of service.

If you are located outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area, please note the travel fee that will be due at the time of your appointment. 

Travel Fee: $75.00-$200.00 (varies outside of the Twin Cities area, please contact paintedbytheprincess@gmail.com for inquiries regarding exact travel fee pricing.)

Late Fee: $50.00 after 15 minutes

Squeeze-In Fee: Additional $75.00 on top of service rate ("Squeeze-In's" are day of appointment requests for additional makeup services.)

Please note that removing a service, will not change/lower the fixed price of the package/service.

Any damages that occur on set will be charged to the client's (person that booked/person in chair) card on file.

No extra persons/children are permitted during appointment times. No exceptions.

Refunds will only be permitted in case of allergic reaction, or (with direct evidence of) severe emergency circumstance.
